  재고가 있는 상품은 주문일 기준 영업일 7일 이내(주말/공휴일 제외) 순차 출고됩니다.

  • 수도권 및 일반 지역: 평균 2~3일

  • 제주 및 도서산간 지역: 평균 3~4일
    ※ 주말·공휴일은 배송일에 포함되지 않으며, 지역별 택배사 사정에 따라 지연될 수 있습니다.

• 주문 취소 안내
  주문 취소는 입금 확인 전 단계까지만 가능하며, 배송 준비 중 상태부터는 취소가 불가합니다.

• 합배송 안내
  도서 상품과 일반 상품은 합배송이 불가능합니다. (도서 소득공제 적용 상품은 배송비 합산 불가)

  • 7만 원 미만 구매 시 3,000원 배송비 부과

  All products are securely bubble-wrapped for protection during transit.

• Processing Time
  Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  In case of high order volume, some delays may occur. We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

• Order Consolidation
  At this time, we are unable to combine separate orders. Please double-check your shopping cart before completing your purchase.

• Import Taxes & Duties
  Depending on your country’s regulations, import taxes and duties may apply.
  Customers are fully responsible for paying these charges.

• Damage or Lost Items
  Once your package arrives in your country, please contact your local courier (FedEx) for any issues such as damage, delays, or loss before contacting us.
  We are not responsible for damaged, lost, delayed, or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
